The Commemorative Fountain Pen is produced from a solid brass rod with a 23k gold overlay. It is intricately engraved with a beautiful scrolled pattern on the cap and barrel. The writing instrument features an 18k two-tone gold nib and uses a lever filling mechanism. Each limited edition number is engraved underneath the lever filling mechanism.

This W.A. Sheaffer Commemorative pen comes in a sublime wooden box with the top of the chest featuring the 1908 patent drawing of the lever-fill mechanism etched into a lacquered brass plate.
