The origin of anti-slip ultra-three-dimensional running socks “Type-G” takes it to a new dimension

Evolved Hyper 3D: The third generation has an even more evolved ultra-three-dimensional design. The ultra-three-dimensional design of the underside of the toes, instep, ankle, etc. has been further improved to prevent slipping and provide a natural fit. We aim to achieve an even more barefoot feel than ever before.
Comfort + Fingertip Strength: To prioritize fit and comfort on the fingers, we changed the material from nylon to the same cotton and acrylic as the main body. The backs of all the fingers are made of pile to increase strength.
Increased breathability between fingers: As a measure against the recent rise in temperature, ventilation mesh is installed between the toes. By installing it on both the top and bottom of the foot, it reduces stuffiness in the area between the toes.
T-grip: Anti-slip material is placed at the base of the toes, which is where the foot comes into contact when stepping out. This helps to firmly grip the ground and convert it into force until the very end.

The base of the socks is the already-sold super-three-dimensional five-toed socks that feel like bare feet. Development began on adding a non-slip coating to them. The development method was to first apply non-slip coating to the entire socks, then test run and leave out the parts that were really needed. The final design was decided on in the seventh sample, with a T-shaped grip shape located from the ball joint to the base of the toes.

People often ask if the T-shaped grip shape is the T of Takeda Legwear, but it is actually a design that imitates the “striped plate pattern = a pattern engraved on a metal plate” and is designed to have an effect of providing an even grip in all directions. As for the grip part, the non-slip coating was attached to the very edge of the toes, especially at the base of the toes where the foot is thick, so that the ground can be kicked out reliably at the final kick.
