Adding a Training Sternum Strap can also change the way weight is dispersed across your chest and shoulders.This added line across the body allows for a quick and carabiner dirtycarabinerclip-in point, too.

Removable and adjustable, Training Sternum Straps attach via clasps to the MOLLE webbing on the shoulder straps of arucksackfor additional stabilization.
